How It's Made

From the exact moment of harvest to the final seal on the bottle, our production is guided by precision and care. Learn how we preserve the pure essence of the fruit.

Step 01

Careful Collection

Timing is everything. We monitor the trees closely, waiting for the perfect balance of color and maturity. By picking early in the season, we capture a higher concentration of fresh aromas and beneficial elements.

Every piece of fruit is handled gently to prevent bruising. They are immediately placed into open crates that allow air to circulate, keeping the harvest cool as it travels to the milling facility.

Step 02

Cold Extraction

The freshly picked harvest reaches our pressing facility within hours. After a thorough washing, it is crushed into a paste. We strictly control the temperature, keeping it well below 27°C at all times.

This low-temperature extraction ensures the delicate flavors and natural characteristics are preserved. There is no added heat and no chemical intervention—just pure mechanical separation.

Step 03

Resting & Bottling

The freshly pressed product is moved into sealed, stainless steel tanks. Here, it is protected from light, heat, and oxygen. We allow it to rest briefly, giving natural sediments time to settle out naturally.

When it is time to package, we fill dark glass bottles that shield the contents from light exposure. Every bottle is sealed to lock in freshness, ready to be enjoyed in your kitchen.

Our Quality Standards

We measure our success by the purity of our final product. Here is how our approach compares to standard commercial production.

Harvest Timing
Early harvest for maximum flavor and health benefits, rather than waiting for higher yields at the end of the season.
Time to Mill
Pressed within hours of picking to prevent natural fermentation and protect against sensory defects.
Extraction Temp
Strictly monitored below 27°C (Cold Extracted) to keep all volatile aromas completely intact.
Storage Method
Kept in climate-controlled, oxygen-free stainless steel tanks until the precise moment of bottling.
